Plug-ins included with AnyWave installation

Time/Frequency using wavelets

This plug-in can calculate and visualize within AnyWave the time/frequency representation of one or several signals.

TFCapture4.png

See the dedicated page to learn more about using the Time/Frequency plug-in.
Requirements: None.

Multi-channels H2

This plug-in can compute a non linear correlation between pairs of channels. The result is a connectivity graph but a MATLAB matrix can also be exported for further processing.

See documentation about Multi-channels H2

ICA

The plug-in will extract the independent components of MEG or EEG signals.
The result is a file that can be imported in AnyWave in order to view, reject and rebuild the signals.
